How we started

Our Story

Emina Davis founded Logistic Settlements after more than two decades working in the WA settlement industry. She began her career as an outside clerk, progressed into conveyancing, and eventually managed files for some of the state's largest settlement agencies. That experience taught her what works in a high-volume firm, and what does not.

In 2011 she opened her own practice with a simple goal: handle every settlement as if it were her own, and make sure clients always know who is looking after their file. The business has grown to a team of five, but the principle has not changed. We are small enough to know your name, and experienced enough to handle complex transactions.

How we work

Our Approach

Every settlement follows a clear process, but no two files are identical. We review your contract carefully, identify any conditions or risks, and communicate with your bank, real estate agent, and the other party's settlement agent throughout the transaction.

We do not use junior staff to handle the parts we consider admin. Every team member is trained across the full process, so if your primary clerk is unavailable, someone else can answer your question without passing you around.

  • A single point of contact for your file
  • Regular updates by phone or email; you choose
  • Clear timelines and deadline reminders
  • Disbursements passed through at cost; no markup
  • Straight answers. If something is outside our expertise, we will say so.

Currambine and the northern corridor

Northern Suburbs Focus

Our office is in Currambine, just off Marmion Avenue and close to the Joondalup CBD. We handle settlements for properties from Two Rocks down to Scarborough, and east to the Swan Valley. Most of our clients are in the 6027, 6028, 6029, 6030, and 6038 postcodes.

We know the local market conditions, the common developer terms for new land releases, and the typical settlement delays that affect northern suburbs transactions. That local knowledge saves time and reduces surprises.
