Emina Davis

Licensee / Owner

Emina has worked in the WA settlement industry for more than 25 years. She started as an outside clerk, moved into conveyancing, and spent years managing files for some of the state's largest settlement agencies before opening her own practice in 2011.

That experience taught her the difference between a firm that processes volume and a firm that looks after people. She founded Logistic Settlements on the principle that every client deserves to know who is handling their file and to speak to that person directly when they need an update.

Emina specialises in real estate transfers, related party transactions, and subdivisions. She is a PEXA Certified practitioner and holds her Settlement Agent licence under the Settlement Agents Act 1981 (WA).

Outside the office, Emina stays active through sport and fitness, and spends time with her family and friends.

Jessica Makrillos

Conveyancing Clerk

Jessica joined the settlement industry in 2012 and has worked across nearly every role it offers: outside clerk, personal assistant, and administration manager. That breadth gives her a practical understanding of how every part of the process fits together.

At Logistic Settlements, Jessica is the conveyancing clerk responsible for moving files from contract review through to settlement day. She checks titles, prepares documents, calculates adjustments, and coordinates with banks and agents to keep everything on schedule.

Clients appreciate her attention to detail and her habit of flagging potential problems before they become delays.

Outside work, Jessica walks the beach, cooks, and works on design and DIY projects.

Rose Dufty

Settlement Clerk

Rose has been with Logistic Settlements since the beginning. She started as an outside clerk, visiting real estate offices and banks across Perth to collect and deliver documents. As the industry moved online, she moved with it, and now processes most documents through PEXA while still providing admin support across the office.

Having handled every type of settlement transaction the firm has seen, Rose is the person the rest of the team turns to when something unusual comes up. She knows the quirks of the PEXA platform, the common errors that delay registration, and the fastest way to get a query answered at Landgate.

Outside work, Rose gardens, tackles craft projects, and spends time with her grandchildren and cats.

Rakhee Gami

Administration Support

Rakhee joined Logistic Settlements in 2025. With a background in administration and systems, she understands how small process improvements save hours of client frustration. She handles the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the office running: document management, data entry, file organisation, and system maintenance.

She is also the person who makes sure every file has what it needs before it moves to the next stage. Her eye for detail catches missing documents, incorrect dates, and incomplete forms before they reach the client or the bank.

In her spare time, Rakhee enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends.

Leslie Dryden

Administration Assistant

Leslie joined the team in 2026 and brings more than six years of experience from the settlement and property industry. She is often the first voice clients hear when they call the office, and she takes pride in making people feel informed and comfortable from the first conversation.

Her role covers client intake, appointment scheduling, general enquiries, and file preparation. If you are not sure what information you need to bring, Leslie will walk you through it. If you are waiting on an update, she will find out where your file stands and get back to you.

Outside the office, Leslie is on the water whenever she can be. She enjoys the ocean and fishing, especially for crays.
