Our fees are fixed for standard transactions. We publish them because we believe you should know the cost before you call. Disbursements are passed through at cost with no markup.

Notes:
- These fees apply to standard single-title properties in the Perth metropolitan area.
- Off-the-plan purchases, subdivision settlements, and regional properties may incur additional charges. We will quote these individually before you engage us.
- If a transaction aborts after we have commenced work, a proportional fee may apply based on work completed.

Third-party costs
Disbursements are third-party costs we pay on your behalf. We do not add a margin to these. You will see each item listed on your settlement statement.

- Landgate registration fee: ~80 (varies by transaction type)
- Strata plan searches (if applicable): ~0
- Courier or document certification (if required): at cost
Note: Disbursement amounts change as third-party providers update their pricing. We will confirm the current rates when we provide your quote.
Commercial and complex matters
Individual quotes
Commercial settlements are quoted individually. The fee depends on the number of tenancies, the complexity of lease terms, whether GST applies, and whether due diligence reveals issues that require extra work.

- Electronic settlement via PEXA (or paper settlement when required)
- Immediate confirmation once settlement completes
- Post-settlement follow-up to confirm title registration
What is extra
Not included
- Legal advice on disputes, defects, or contract breaches
- Building or pest inspections
- Finance applications or mortgage broking
- Off-the-plan contracts requiring multiple amendments
- International transactions or foreign resident duty advice
