Emina Davis, our licensee, has worked in the industry for more than 25 years. She has handled settlements for some of Western Australia's largest agencies and now runs her own practice with a team she trusts. Every member of our staff has a distinct role, and together we cover the full settlement process from contract review to key handover.

We believe you should know the cost before you pick up the phone. Our fees are fixed for standard transactions and clearly itemised. Disbursements (title searches, PEXA fees, etc.) are passed through at cost with no markup.
